Ninku: Great Battle of the Strongest! (NINKU -忍空- 〜強気な奴等の大激突!〜) is a Japanese fighting game based on the Ninku anime, released on the Sega Saturn in 1996. It is the second Ninku video game released on home consoles after Ninku on the PlayStation.
Gameplay[]
The game's core combat is a simple two-dimensional fighting game with three-dimensional arenas that rotate occasionally between matches. Characters that the players control can walk, jump crouch, block punch, kick, throw and preform special and super attacks. The fighting consists of a standard four-button layout, although it is hard to string together combos and setups, as the characters slide away once hit or blocking.
Each character has two super moves that either draw from the show or are original to the core game.
